When I was asked to provide training to an operations group for medical services, I didn’t know much about it. I decided to try out this guy named Lee and went to his 40-hour emergency medical responder class. I was absolutely amazed at the training. I’d thought I’d be bored to tears with power point and still not know what to do in a real situation. I went back to my operations group and told them about the class, a lot of them with decades of medical training, and they wanted to see it. I brought Lee’s group into my plant for operations EMR training. Operations guys with years and years of experience learned a lot and told me it was the best class for medical training they ever had.
